Clarity Counseling P.C. is a professional corporation located in beautiful Lake City, Colorado in the heart of the San Juan Mountains.
Clarity Counseling previously had two larger clinics located in Dolores, Colorado and Farmington, New Mexico. All clients served in those locations may reach the new corporate headquarters in Lake City, and obtain copies of any needed records of their services.
Currently, Donna Sue Hudgins MA, LPC, NCACII is actively providing counseling services face-to-face in Lake City. Her clients from Dolores and Farmington may contact her to arrange for follow-up phone consultations and referrals, or arrange for telehealth services from the Lake City clinic.
