Individual Therapy $90 per hour
Couples Counseling $100 per hour
Family Counseling $100 per hour
Diagnostic Interview $140 for initial appointment
Written report $200 for each

Fees are due in full at time of service, unless insurance coverage is confirmed.

I will submit insurance claims as a service to my clients. Please call your insurance company to confirm
benefits. You are responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance.
